CEO & Founder
Bashar founded Xiaobei with the aim of building a dependable link between international buyers and Chinese manufacturers. With a background in business and international trade, he oversees the company’s direction and overall operations, focusing on long-term relationships and efficient service delivery.
Mustapha Ismail
CMO & Head of International Sales
Mustapha manages both the marketing strategy and global client relations. He specializes in sourcing coordination, export solutions, and helping international buyers efficiently connect with trusted Chinese manufacturers. With strong communication skills and deep experience in cross-border trade.
