Vivian Qu
Partner & Head of International Shipping
Vivan leads the shipping and logistics side of Xiaobei’s operations. With hands-on experience in international freight and export procedures, she ensures that shipments are handled accurately and delivered on time. She also supports coordination with freight partners and customs processes.
Bashar Ismail 小贝
CEO & Founder
Bashar founded Xiaobei with the aim of building a dependable link between international buyers and Chinese manufacturers. With a background in business and international trade, he oversees the company’s direction and overall operations, focusing on long-term relationships and efficient service delivery.
Mustapha Ismail
CMO & Head of Suppliers Management
Mustapha manages both the marketing strategy and sourcing operations at Xiaobei. He works closely with clients to understand their needs, identify suitable suppliers, and ensure that sourcing is done efficiently and transparently. His role bridges communication between clients and the supply network.
